Product Description
Internally equipped with water distribution system, condenser coils, drift eliminators; externally equipped with circulating water pump, feed water header assembly, top-mounted axial-flow fan.
During operation, cooling water is dispersed via the water distribution system, uniformly wetting the coil surfaces under high-velocity airflow; high-temperature gaseous refrigerant enters through the upper coil header, condensed liquid refrigerant discharges from the lower coil header.
Heat carried away by vapor formed from evaporating cooling water is evacuated into the atmosphere by the fan.
Simultaneously, moisture in the hot-humid air is captured by drift eliminators; non-evaporated high-temperature cooling water flows into the fill heat exchange layer where its heat is removed by counter-flowing fresh air; the sufficiently cooled water returns to the sump for recirculation via the pump.Water level in the sump is regulated by a float valve ensuring timely replenishment.
